2. Definitions

Seller – SC CIRAST SRL.

Customer/Buyer – any individual or legal entity that places an order through the website.

Website – the online store available at www.my3.ro.

Order – an electronic document through which the Customer expresses their intention to purchase products from the Site.

Distance contract – a contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer without the parties being physically present at the same time, using electronic means.

3. Products and Availability

The products sold through the website are presented with descriptions and images that are as accurate as possible.

There may be minor differences between the product images displayed on the website and the actual product delivered, due to the user’s device settings or updates from the manufacturer.

Product availability is updated regularly, but there may be instances where an ordered product is no longer available. In such cases, the customer will be notified and may choose to:

  • a full refund of the amounts paid;
  • replacement with a similar product;
  • cancellation of the order.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices displayed on the website are in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT, in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping costs are displayed separately before you complete your order.

The seller reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice; however, orders that have already been confirmed will not be affected.

5. Placing and Confirming Your Order

By completing an order on the website, the Customer certifies that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Submitting an order does not constitute automatic acceptance of the order.

The contract between the Seller and the Customer is deemed to be concluded upon the Seller’s confirmation of the order via email or telephone.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in justified circumstances, including:

  • suspected fraud;
  • We are unable to process your order.

6. Product Delivery

Products are delivered through our partner courier companies.

The estimated delivery time is listed on the product page or in the order confirmation.

Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control do not give rise to the Seller’s liability.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal and product returns

Under Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without being required to justify their decision.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a request to the following email address:

The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, without any damage beyond what is necessary to check its features and functionality.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

The purchase price of the product will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal; however, the Seller may delay the refund until the returned product is received or until proof of shipment is provided.

8. Warranties

The products sold are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity in accordance with current Romanian law.

If a product has manufacturing defects, the Customer may request that it be repaired, replaced, or refunded, in accordance with applicable laws.
