1. Legal Basis

This policy has been developed in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals and transposes Directive 2011/83/EU into Romanian law.

2. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason and without incurring any penalties.

The 14-day period begins on the date on which the consumer or a third party (other than the carrier) designated by the consumer takes physical possession of the product.

3. Exceptions — Items that CANNOT be returned

In accordance with Art. 16(e) of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (opened dietary supplements, sports nutrition products with damaged packaging, or used products)
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging
• Products in visible use

⚠ Please note: Products that have been opened, have a broken seal, or have damaged packaging cannot be returned for any reason. We recommend inspecting the product before opening the packaging.

4. Mandatory conditions for accepting returns

A product is eligible for return only if it meets all of the following conditions:

• The original packaging is intact, with the seal unbroken
• The product has not been used in any way
• It is accompanied by the sales receipt or another document proving the purchase
• The return request was initiated within the legal 14-day period from the date the package was received

5. Return Policy

1. The customer fills out the Return Form available on the website.
2. Please email the form to contact@my3.ro or include a hard copy with the returned package
3. We will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your return and provide the shipping address.
4. The product will be shipped via your preferred courier service—return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
5. Once we have received and inspected the product, your refund will be processed

7. Return shipping cost

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. SC CIRAST SRL is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a courier service that provides proof of delivery.

8. Refund

• Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return criteria
• Refunds are issued exclusively via bank transfer to the IBAN account specified by the customer on the Return Form
• SC CIRAST SRL does not charge any fees for processing refunds
• The initial shipping cost for the order is non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on the seller’s part (wrong item delivered, defective item, etc.)

9. Partial return of the order

Partial returns are accepted. We will refund the cost of the returned item(s) that meet the return criteria. The original shipping cost is not refundable for partial returns.
