1. Accepted payment methods

The www.my3.ro platform accepts the following payment methods:

A) Online payment by credit card

• Processed securely via Netopia Payments (mobilPay)
• Accepted cards: Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit)
• Transactions are authenticated using the 3D Secure (3DS2) protocol
• SC CIRAST SRL does not store or have access to customers’ card information—this information is processed exclusively by Netopia Payments

B) Cash on delivery

• Payment is made in cash, directly to the Cargus courier, upon delivery
• This method involves an additional fee of 7 RON (cash-on-delivery service fee), which is clearly displayed at checkout before confirmation

2. Trading currency

All prices displayed and transactions are quoted and processed in RON (Romanian lei), including VAT.

3. Issuing the tax invoice

• The tax invoice is issued automatically after each order is confirmed and processed
• The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order
• We recommend checking your Spam folder if you haven’t received the invoice within 24 hours of your order being processed
• The invoice serves as proof of purchase and is required in the event of a return

4. Payment Security

• The www.my3.ro platform uses SSL/HTTPS encrypted connections for all pages and transactions
• Online payment processing is handled by Netopia Payments, which is authorized by the National Bank of Romania and complies with PCI-DSS standards
• SC CIRAST SRL does not request customers’ credit card information via email, phone, or chat

5. Payment failed / declined

If your card payment was not authorized:

• The order will be automatically canceled, and no charges will be applied
• We recommend that you check your card details and available credit limit, and contact your issuing bank if the problem persists
• The customer can place a new order by selecting cash on delivery or using a different card
