Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Area
SC CIRAST SRL, through the www.my3.ro platform, delivers exclusively within Romania. International deliveries are not available.
2. Courier partner
Deliveries are provided by Cargus, the official logistics partner of the www.my3.ro platform.
3. Order Processing
- Orders that have been placed and confirmed (with payment authorized or cash on delivery selected) are processed within 24 business hours of confirmation
- Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day

6. Actual delivery
- Cargus will deliver the package to the address provided by the customer when placing the order
- If the recipient is not available on the first attempt, the courier will contact the customer by phone to reschedule or leave a notice at the address
- We recommend entering a valid and active phone number when placing your order to facilitate delivery
7. Checking the package upon delivery
We recommend that you check the package for damage upon receipt, in the presence of the courier. If the outer packaging shows visible damage:
- The customer has the right to refuse the package
- Or they may request a written report signed by the courier
SC CIRAST SRL is not liable for damage to products accepted without reservation upon delivery.
8. Undelivered / Delayed Package
If the package has not been received within the estimated delivery time, the customer is asked to contact SC CIRAST SRL at contact@my3.ro, providing the order number, to check the shipment status.
